Respite Care Services

• Daytime care

Social & Recreational Activities

• Not require continuous one-to-one behavioral crisis supervision
• Follow program policies designed to maintain a safe environment

Safety & Behavioral Standards

Collins Adult Day Care maintains clear safety guidelines to support a respectful program environment.

Participants must:

• Participate safely in a supervised group setting
• Avoid behaviors that may cause harm to others
• Refrain from damaging program property
• Follow staff direction related to safety and participation

The program may not be able to accommodate individuals who demonstrate:

• Physical aggression toward others
• Threatening or assaultive behavior
• Property destruction
• Behavior requiring ongoing restraint or crisis intervention
• Behavior that creates significant safety risks

Participant Safety Monitoring

Our trained staff continuously monitor participants throughout the day to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

If behaviors arise that threaten safety or disrupt the program environment, services may be reviewed and adjusted to ensure the well-being of all participants.
